The Organization: HCA & Co. is a mature accounting firm that has been providing superior services in the San Francisco Bay Area for nearly 20 years.

Their Needs: With an increasing client base and a large scope of service offerings, the company was looking to draw the attention of high-profile organizations, high net-worth individuals, influential and "up-and-coming" business owners, non-profits, and savvy entrepreneurs through an effective web presence. Their biggest challenge was finding the time to provide us with current and meaningful content, and was the main reason why other firms did not deliver a completed website to the company.

HCA & Co. also wanted a plan for a future "members only" secure client extranet.

The Solution: Stellar IT Solutions chose to enhance the existing color palette and overall layout, then focused our design efforts on an easy to use, flat navigational scheme. HCA & Co. went from six to over thirty pages and wanted the navigation to be quickly accessible and serve as the main tool for communicating their increased breadth of services. We also brought in our technical writing team, and after a detailed input session with the principal of the company, wrote all content for the website.

The new website now serves as an effective marketing and educational device to HCA & Co.'s current and prospective customer base, clearly and concisely conveying the vision of HCA & Co. All web pages are short, and can be printed and used as supporting material in other business communications.
