If you can remember a "Strongish" password without writing it down, that is better than a completely random Strong password that is written on a Post-It and stuck to your monitor or under your keyboard.

Strong passwords protect you against unwanted intrusion into your systems and help insure the integrity, security and privacy of your data.
Strong passwords:
- have at least 9 characters
- are completely random
- have upper case characters
- have lower case characters
- have punctuation characters
- have numeric characters
